Privacy Policy
Information we collect
When you call or email us, we receive the information you choose to give us, such as your name, phone number, email address and details about your equipment and job site.
When you visit our website, standard technical information is collected automatically, such as your browser, device type, approximate location, pages viewed and how you arrived at the site.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to service requests, provide quotes and repairs, hire staff, and improve our website and advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
Google Ads and call tracking
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our ads lead to phone calls. Google's tag may set cookies or similar identifiers and may display a Google forwarding number in place of our regular phone number. Calls to that number are forwarded to us, and Google may receive call details such as the time and duration of the call and the ad that was clicked.
This data is shared with Google (Google LLC and its affiliates) only to measure and improve advertising performance. Google's use of it is described in the Google Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
The tracking tag is not loaded for visitors in regions where opt-in consent is required (for example the European Union and United Kingdom). You can also opt out of ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, or block cookies in your browser settings.
Third-party services
Our website links to or embeds services run by others, including Tabit (financing), Google Forms (job applications), Instagram, and map providers. These services have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by contacting us at the email below.
