Response times
Our hose van aims to be on site within 2 to 3 hours of your call during regular hours (Monday to Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.). Rush and after-hours callouts are available when a crew is free.
Machine down after hours?
Regular hours are Monday to Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Rush, evening, Sunday and holiday callouts are available when a crew is free. After-hours rates apply.
Travel
Because we come to you, travel is part of every job. Travel to your site is billed at our regular labour rate from the time the truck leaves for your job. Return travel is billed at a reduced travel rate. When we can, we group nearby jobs on the same route to keep your travel charges down. Ask us for a travel estimate when you book.
Outside the area?
We only work in BC between YVR and Hope. If you're just outside it, call us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
